Sale sits right on our Altrincham and Trafford route, so it is one of the easiest places for us to get to and quote quickly. Most of the work here is family homes being brought up to date — hallways, living rooms, children's bedrooms and whole-house redecoration after a move.
Sale is mostly 1930s semis and Edwardian terraces off Northenden Road and Washway Road, with newer apartments around Brooklands and the Metrolink. Older plaster wants careful filling and a proper mist coat where it has been patched; newer apartments need full-coverage coats over builder's flat white, which never covers in one.
